If you received tracking details and your order goes missing please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of the team will look into the issue for you.
Any full price items purchased between 1st December -24th December can be returned to us by 14th January 2024, or within 28 days of purchase, whichever date is latest. All sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
It takes approximately 10 business days for a return to be processed.
In the UK, our returns process is operated through Royal Mail. You can fill in the returns form, that was included in your parcel and peel off the pre-paid label and stick it on your package.
Outside of the UK, all returns are generated by the WYSE London Global-E Returns Portal: https://web.global-e.com/Returns/Portal/gsBw4 . You will need your order number and email address to create this. International orders should not include the # with the order number.
Customers in the UK can also bring web orders to return via stores. The store will send this back to the warehouse to be processed and cannot process the return in store, which can be a slower process.
We are unable to guarantee exchanges due to to stock availability when the return is processed. To secure the stock we advise placing a new order.
We do not currently offer gift wrapping for online orders.

As an online business our prices change in accordance with customer demand, stock availability and seasonal sales. We therefore are unable to refund the difference in the price when an item you have purchased goes into sale, although we do appreciate how frustrating this can be. You can of course return the item for a full refund and then re-order the item at its markdown price provided its returned in accordance to our return policy. Please note, we cannot guarantee that another customer won't purchase the item first.
Discount codes are only applicable to full price good unless otherwise stated.
