Full Price Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are willing to provide an exchange or refund for full price goods within 28 days of receipt. Items must be returned to us unused, in the original condition and with all tags still attached. * Please could all jewellery pieces be returned in their original packaging* Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back. Please note that once your parcel arrives at our warehouse it can take up to 14 days to receive your refund.
Our 28 days return period does not apply to sale goods: clearance or sale items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order for a cash refund. After the 14 days have passed, until the first anniversary of your order, you can return anything that does not meet your naturally high quality expectations and we will give you an account credit for the amount you paid.

During busy periods we may take slightly longer to process your returns. Returns received on a weekend or Bank Holiday will be processed on the following working day. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this busy time.
We are delighted to offer complimentary returns in the UK, our returns process is now operated through DPD and Royal Mail.
Due to the Royal Mail Strike, we may face delays with us receiving your Return. For a faster service, we advise that you return your item to us via DPD. A DPD slip is included in your parcel.

Rest of the World Returns
For orders outside of the UK it is the customer's responsibility to pay the return postage including all tax and duties that are applicable. We recommend that you gain proof of postage for your returned item, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.
International customers must clearly mark their return packages “British Return Goods” with a domestic value of £0.00, as your returned items are not applicable to Duty once they reach the UK. Please ensure you mark your parcel with £0.00, otherwise Wyse London will be charged custom duty, VAT and a clearance fee on your returned order. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Returned postage charges will only be refunded if the item is damaged or faulty. In this instance, please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to arrange for a replacement to be sent.

Sale returns at store: We are happy to offer an exchange or credit note for any unwanted sale items within 14 days of purchase.
Please note if website returns are brought into store (items ordered from www.wyselondon.co.uk), these will be sent to our warehouse and processed with all our online returns. Please note that once your parcel arrives at our warehouse it can take up to 14 days to receive your refund.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
We are able to provide exchanges for the same product in a different colour or size. All amendments are subject to stock availability. Under certain circumstances a credit note can be issued. For more information please email email@example.com
