At Wyse our sizing works a little differently to other brands but we promise it is easy enough once you get the hang of it. We go from a Wyse 0 to a Wyse 6 which equates to a UK 6 / US 2 to a UK 18 / US 14.

We offer Free Returns for all orders.

In the UK, our returns process is operated through Royal Mail. You can fill in the returns form, that was included in your parcel and peel off the pre-paid label and stick it on your package. 

Outside of the UK, all returns are generated by the WYSE London Global-E Returns Portal: https://web.global-e.com/Returns/Portal/gsBw4 . You will need your order number and email address to create this. International orders should not include the # with the order number.  

It takes approximately 10 business days for a refund to be processed once the warehouse receives the item

Customers in the UK can also bring web orders to return via stores. The store will send this back to the warehouse to be processed and cannot process the return in store, which can be a slower process.

We are unable to guarantee exchanges due to to stock availability when the return is processed. To secure the stock we advise placing a new order.

Orders

We do not currently offer gift wrapping for online orders. 

Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a delivery date.

As an online business our prices change in accordance with customer demand, stock availability and seasonal sales. We therefore are unable to refund the difference in the price when an item you have purchased goes into sale, although we do appreciate how frustrating  this can be. You can of course return the item for a full refund and then re-order the item at its markdown price provided its returned in accordance to our return policy. Please note, we cannot guarantee that another customer won't purchase the item first.

Discount codes are only applicable to full price good unless otherwise stated. 

Discount codes can be entered a checkout when you place your order. From time to time, we will run promotions that will automatically discount the price without needing to enter a code. 

Payments

For UK orders, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Union Pay, Klarna and Wyse London e-gift cards.  

Please note, this varies by country. 

For our system to allocate the pre-ordered item(s) to you, we must take payment at the point of check-out. By doing so, this ensures that the item will be sent out to you when it becomes available.On rare occasions, when there is a delay or cancelation one of our team members will let you know.

To improve our international customers shopping experience, we’ve partnered with Global-E, a cross-border ecommerce solution. 

When you buy Wyse products from outside the UK, you will see that your payment method is charged as GLOBAL E, and the purchase is subject to Global E's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy which will be clearly presented in checkout before you place your order
