When you buy Wyse products from outside the UK, you will see that your payment method is charged as GLOBAL E, and the purchase is subject to Global E's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy which will be clearly presented in checkout before you place your order. 

Please note: orders will be despatched within 48 hours of purchase. Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of despatch, rather than purchase date.

Free International Returns

We offer free returns for all international orders.

All returns are generated by the WYSE London Global-E Returns Portal: https://web.global-e.com/Returns/Portal/gsBw4

  1. Go to the WYSE London Global-E Returns Portal to generate your returns label. You will need your order number and email address to create this. The returns portal can be found here: https://web.global-e.com/Returns/Portal/gsBw4
  2. Once in the returns portal, select the item/s you wish to return, choose a reason from the drop down menu and click next.
  3. Your returns label and form will be generated.
  4. Include the Global-E returns form inside the parcel and pack items in the original box or secure packaging, to ensure they reach us safely.
  5. Return your parcel via your local branch of the selected carrier.
  6. Please be aware returns take between 7-10 business days to arrive at our warehouse, and a further 3-5 business days to be processed by our team. Once received we will confirm via email and immediately process your refund as requested.
  7. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your bank, depending on your bank.

Exchanges  

Unfortunately we are not able to provide exchanges for customers outside of the UK at this time. 

Duties & Taxes

Any relevant duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout once your shipping country is selected.
