Standard Returns Policy 

Christmas Returns:

Any full price items purchased between 2nd December -24th December can be returned to us by 14th January 2026, or within 28 days of purchase, whichever date is latest. All sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Full Price Returns:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are willing to provide an exchange (UK only) or a refund for full price goods within 28 days of receipt. Items must be returned to us unused, in the original condition and with all tags still attached.  Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back. Please note that once your parcel arrives at our warehouse it can take up to 14 days to receive your refund.

 

Sale Returns:

Our 28 days return period does not apply to sale goods: clearance or sale items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order for a cash refund. 

During busy periods we may take slightly longer to process your returns.  We thank you for your patience and understanding during this busy time.

Faulty Items:

Up until the first anniversary of your order, if you notice a fault in the product you purchased, please contact our customer service team on: enquiries@wyselondon.com and they will be sure to assist.

UK Returns:

We are delighted to offer complimentary returns in the UK. Follow the steps on our returns portal. Please click on this link: here. You just need your order number and the email address you used to place your order. Your order number can be found in the email you received when you placed the order

Please note that from the 25th of September, we will no longer be including Royal Mail stickers in our parcels.

US Returns

In the US, all returns are generated by the WYSE London OCS Portal here

You will need to enter your WLIF tracking number, which can be found on your shipment confirmation email.

International Returns (excluding UK and US)

Outside of the UK and US, all returns are generated by the WYSE London Global-E Returns Portal here. You will need your order number and email address to create this. International orders should not include the # with the order number ( found on your order confirmation email).  

We offer free returns for all international orders.

  1. Go to the WYSE London Global-E Returns Portal to generate your returns label. You will need your order number and email address to create this. The returns portal can be found here: https://web.global-e.com/Returns/Portal/gsBw4
  2. Once in the returns portal, select the item/s you wish to return, choose a reason from the drop down menu and click next.
  3. Your returns label and form will be generated.
  4. Include the Global-E returns form inside the parcel and pack items in the original box or secure packaging, to ensure they reach us safely.
  5. Return your parcel via your local branch of the selected carrier.
  6. Please be aware returns take between 7-10 business days to arrive at our warehouse, and a further 3-5 business days to be processed by our team. Once received we will confirm via email and immediately process your refund as requested.
  7. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your bank, depending on your bank.

UK Store Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are willing to provide an exchange or refund within 28 days of receipt. Items must be returned to us unused, in the original condition and with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Sale returns at store: We are happy to offer an exchange or credit note for any unwanted sale items within 14 days of purchase.

Please note if website returns are brought into store (items ordered from www.wyselondon.com) the store cannot process this in store and the team will send on your return to our warehouse to be processed with all our online returns. Please note that once your parcel arrives at our warehouse it can take up to 14 days to receive your refund.

Exchanges  (UK Only)

We are only able to offer exchanges for our UK customers. Exchanges cannot be guaranteed; they are subject to stock availability. Exchanges can take up to 10-12 working days to be processed once received at our warehouse. If you would like to guarantee your desired item, we would advise you to return the original item and place a new order for the required item.
