How did my tiny baby get to be 18? Hold on to them tight it goes so quickly... The good news is I now have a teenage girlfriend to spend time out with. Last month, to celebrate my daughter’s coming of age, I treated her to a spa day with a little shopping and light lunch thrown in. We booked in to the fabulous Lazeo Clinic in Notting Hill for an indulgent day of facials, massages and pampering. Lazeo London, owned by the charming Katie Prozbec specialises in the latest high tech beauty treatments, as well as all the traditional beauty methods.

I opted for a 60min deep tissue massage with the lovely Sandie (well deserved after my strenuous work outs at White City House), while Maddy chose a calming Swedish massage. Next we both enjoyed a Lazeo Ling Express facial. My skin was plumped, cleansed, toned and massaged using the delicious Lazeo
collection of beauty products. 

The staff are experts in their field and work their magic to leave your skin feeling and looking fresh, revived and totally boosted.

The deep tissue massage, which I have to say was firm but comfortable, really does hit all the right spots. My body felt invigorated, relaxed and supple.

After a delicious lunch at Granger on Westbourne grove we headed back to the spa for fabulous gel mani and pedicures, all polished off with a chic glossy coat of OPI Bubble Bath. Hands and feet fit for a vacation, we skipped out feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready for an evening of cake and cocktails.
