Designed to be thrown over anything - adding an edge to pretty dresses or elevating jeans and a tee, this is a utility jacket with a distinctly Wyse feminine spin. It has a frill around the collar and pleats on the shoulder seams, along with an internal lurex tie, so you can cinch the waistband for a more gathered shape.
