1. Visit wyselondon.continue.co
head to our preloved platform and click on 'Sell My Item'
2. Create Your Account
Sign up using the email address you usually use to shop with Wyse London.
-You'll recieve a one-time code via email or SMS
- Enter the code, add your name, and you're ready to go.

3. View Your Wardrobe
If you've registered with your usual Wyse London shopping email, you'll see a personalised “wardrobe” with items you’ve previously purchased (excluding any items you have returned).
4. Complete Your Listing
If you select an item from your wardrobe, key details like the product name, category, colour, and size will be filled in automatically.
Then:
- Select the condition of the item.
- Upload at least one clear photo (more is always helpful!).
- Choose the parcel size for shipping the buyer pays postage.
- Set your price (we’ll suggest a guide price to help)
5. Review & Publish
Double-check your listing details, then click “List for Sale”.Your item is now live on the marketplace!
6. Manage Offers & Sales
You’ll receive a notification when someone makes an offer or buys your item.When the item sells, you’ll be sent an email with the shipping label and drop-off instructions.
7. Ship Within 3 Days
Please post your item within 3 days of the sale using the label provided. Tracking will be handled by the platform.
8. Get Rewarded in Wyse Credit
Once the buyer confirms receipt — or 4 days after delivery — you'll receive 110% of the sale value in Wyse London store credit (for a limited time).
- A store credit code will be emailed to you.
- You can also find all your store credit on the Store Credit page of the Preloved platform.

1. Browse The Marketplace
You can explore all available listings on the Marketplace or use the search bar to find specific items, sizes, or keywords. It works similarly to other resale sites you may have used before.
2. Create An Account To Purchase
You don’t need an account to browse, but you’ll need to create an account to make offers or complete a purchase. Signing up is quick and easy — you’ll log in with a one-time password sent to your email.
3. Make an Offer or Buy Now
When you find something you love, you can either buy it immediately or make an offer to the seller.
- You can make as many offers as you like across different items.
- However, for each individual item, you can’t make a second, lower offer once an initial offer has been sent.
- Offers are capped at 30% below the listed price.
4. Message the Seller
Need more details about an item? You can send the seller a question directly through the platform.
5. Checkout
Once you’re ready to buy:
- Confirm your delivery address and contact details.
- Choose from the delivery options provided by the seller.
- Complete your purchase with your preferred payment method.
6. Delivery
The seller has up to 5 days to package and ship your item. You’ll receive shipping updates and tracking info once it’s on its way.
7. Purchase Protection Your order is protected from the moment you buy.
